Army Painting 101: Aaron Lovejoy - Huntsville, AL - December 14-15, 2019
Want to "wow" your friends, take your painting to the next level, and easily double your speed? This is Aaron's core class that we recommend everyone starts out with regardless of skill level. Whether you are an army painter, commission painter, or display painter, this class is perfect for you! Nearly 20 years of experience has taught Aaron some core fundamentals that are essential to being a successful miniature painter. In this class, you will learn absolute control over your airbrush and how to intermix it with painting by hand to have faster, better results than you ever thought possible. Color theory is broken down into it's simplest form as well as wet blending, light placement, interesting ways to highlight, and freehand! Aaron will even show you how to paint an amazing face in just 10 minutes!!
The space marines and dreadnought were chosen as they work well with the teaching process and once you've learned the process you can easily transfer it to any model you like! The class is broken down into sections, each one building on the other. So whether you are painting an army quickly or want to spend more time with a display figure, the techniques taught scale up and down seamlessly. Aaron has spent a ton of time working on the curriculum to ensure you have the best learning experience possible! There will be a LOT of information given in the class, so to help you remember what you learned over the weekend, we will be providing several full color PDF booklets covering everything you learned in the class and more!
So if you are a commission painter, army painter, or display painter, this class will give you an opportunity to take a giant leap forward in your miniature painting journey both in speed and quality of your work! Class seats are limited and will fill up quickly so sign up today!
